We deliver across India to most cities, towns, and villages through our trusted delivery partners. Some remote or non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery. In such cases, our team will inform you and process a full refund if necessary.
2.Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3.Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days depending on the delivery location and product availability. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or logistics issues.
4.Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. For certain orders, we may offer free shipping based on promotional offers, order value, or product category.
5.Order Tracking

6.Delivery Attempt
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the provided shipping address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they may contact you to reschedule. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the product may be returned to us, and re-delivery may involve additional charges.
7.Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide order details, photos of the product, and packaging for a quicker resolution.
