At Kisan Market Hub, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer you the best shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products and receive refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required for processing any return.
Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customized nature. Such products will be clearly marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
2. Reasons Accepted for Return
We accept returns if:
The product is damaged or defective.
The product received is different from the one ordered.
The product has missing parts or accessories.

Products without original packaging or missing accessories
Items marked as "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase

Provide your order details, product information, and the reason for return.
After verification, we will arrange for the product pickup or guide you for self-shipment (as applicable).
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or any mutually agreed mode.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.

You can request request for exchange within 3 days. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days.
