Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select products and locations.
2.Payment Confirmation
Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorization. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your payment is completed.
3.Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD option is available for eligible products and serviceable locations. Please ensure a correct delivery address and availability to accept COD orders. In case of repeated COD order cancellations or rejections, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your future orders.
4.Payment Security
We use trusted and secure payment gateways to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed in a secure environment. We do not store any sensitive payment information such as card numbers or CVV.
5.Failed Transactions
In case of a payment failure, please retry after checking your network connection or try using a different payment method. If the amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6.Fraud Prevention
For your security, Kisaan Market Hub may verify orders to prevent fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
7.Billing Information
Please ensure all billing details provided are accurate and complete. Kisaan Market Hub is not responsible for delays or order issues caused by incorrect billing details.
